LDC's 1st Welsh Retail Summit Summary (Video)

Matthew Hopkinson provides a short summary of the Welsh Retail Summit in partnership with WISERD at Cardiff University. 

Matthew also discusses:

  • the overall decline in vacancy rates across Wales, but they are still above England and Scotland
  • the reduction in the stock which shows that there are some structural changes happening across Wales
