Field Team Manager

We are recruiting a Field Team Manager to manage our nationwide team of remote workers. Our field team maintains a database of over 680,000 retail and leisure businesses. You will be fully responsible for the supervision of our field research team, alongside quality checking data returned from the field and ensuring both targets are met.

Responsibilities

Managing a team of remote workers and planning town centre updates for the field team based on our cyclical update schedule

  • Supervising our field research team
  • Training and monitoring the performance of the field team
  • Sourcing and tracking equipment
  • Offering technical assistance
  • Collecting feedback on ways to improve data quality 
  • Understanding the structure of our in-house database to guarantee the accuracy of our data

 Our commitment to you

  • Salary: £32,000 + per annum, dependent on experience

  • Company pension

  • Holidays: 24 days; We also recognise length of service: after 5 years within the company, you will receive 5 additional days of paid leave to take in your 5th year; 10th year work anniversary, 10 additional days.
