Being part of a small team makes the impact of my work clear, which brings me a huge sense of achievement.”

The high challenge high support environment has encouraged me to push my boundaries, enabling me to learn and develop faster."Ronald Nyakairu, Senior Manager, Insight and Analytics
"The culture at LDC is what sets it apart from other places of work for me. It’s great to be part of a company where my work makes a real difference and is consistently recognised. There’s a hard-working yet relaxed atmosphere and everyone is welcoming and approachable. Monthly socials are a great way of getting to know people better as well as fundraising events and company parties. All in all, a great place to work!"Katie Girdwood, Business Development
"LDC is a forward-thinking employer. The opportunity to work part-time and from home affords me flexibility around a busy family life. Teamwork is key with lots of collaboration between departments to achieve the clearly defined company goals. Quarterly business updates allow me to connect with my colleagues in the office, keep up to date with the company progress and to take part in the various social activities."Alison Callaway, Field Research Coordinator
"I really enjoy working at the Local Data Company. Being part of the operations team, it is really rewarding to see the data we create and maintain being used by household names across the retail market and by the national press. The tailored training and support I have received has enabled me to achieve more than I thought I was capable of. The office has a great atmosphere and everyone across the different teams is approachable and sociable."
