World Retail Congress 2015 – where do shops fit?

A month ago today I was lucky enough to be flying out to Rome as part of the UK Trade & Investment World Retail Congress delegation.

Initially I was daunted, not least because the relentless focus on “omni-channel”, “digital” and “disruptive technologies” made this humble location planner feel a bit irrelevant.
