The Local Data Company's expansion plans continue apace, with coverage now standing at over 300 towns centres in the UK, up from 80 town centres just 18 months ago.
Using the Department of Communities and Local Government's definition of town centre boundaries, The Local Data Company (LDC) now covers 312 town centres in the UK. Using a small army of field researchers based across the UK, LDC has been busy adding new towns to its database at the rate of over 10 new towns a month.
LDC's next target is to cover 500 town centres in the UK, followed by the top 1,000 town centres in the UK.

Mohammed Raja has 14 years experience in the local information space, having previously been Product Director at 192.com, Head of Commercial Products at Ask.com, Head of Marketing at UpMyStreet and Internet Product Manager at Thomson Directories. Simon Devonshire previously worked at Yell - the UK’s leading directory publisher - and has significant data, marketing and management experience and is expert in branding and market development.
